Sparklaxy provides a digital platform for trading gift cards in exchange for digital currency (Naira).

We facilitate transactions between users and provide payment processing services.

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of our services at any time without prior notice.

We do not guarantee the availability, accuracy, or completeness of any information on our platform.

To use our services, you must create an account and provide accurate, current, and complete information.

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

You must immediately notify us of any unauthorized use of your account or any other breach of security.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in fraudulent or illegal activities.

You may only maintain one account unless explicitly authorized by Sparklaxy.

You represent and warrant that all gift cards you submit for trading are legitimate, valid, and obtained through legal means.

You must not submit stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized gift cards. Doing so may result in immediate account termination and legal action.

We reserve the right to verify gift card validity and may reject any card that fails verification.

Exchange rates are determined by market conditions and may fluctuate. Rates are displayed at the time of transaction initiation.

Once a transaction is completed, it cannot be reversed except in cases of technical errors or fraud.

Payments are processed through secure payment gateways and are typically completed within minutes of gift card verification.

We may charge transaction fees, which will be clearly disclosed before you complete a transaction.

All fees are non-refundable unless required by law or in cases of our error.

You are responsible for any taxes or duties applicable to your transactions.

We reserve the right to hold payments for verification purposes or in cases of suspected fraud.

You must not use our platform for any illegal purposes or in violation of any applicable laws or regulations.

You must not engage in money laundering, fraud, or any other criminal activities.

You must not attempt to hack, disrupt, or interfere with our platform's security or functionality.

You must not use automated systems, bots, or scripts to access or use our services without authorization.

You must not submit false, misleading, or fraudulent information.

You must not engage in any activity that could harm our reputation or the integrity of our platform.

All content on the Sparklaxy platform, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Sparklaxy or its licensors.

You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works from our content without explicit written permission.

The Sparklaxy name and logo are trademarks and may not be used without our prior written consent.

You retain ownership of any content you submit, but grant us a license to use, display, and distribute such content on our platform.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Sparklaxy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.

Our total liability for any claims arising from your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

We do not guarantee that our services will be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

We are not responsible for any losses resulting from gift card fraud, technical failures, or third-party actions.

You use our services at your own risk, and we disclaim all warranties, express or implied.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Sparklaxy, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses arising from your use of our services.

This includes any violation of these terms, infringement of intellectual property rights, or violation of any law or regulation.

We reserve the right to assume exclusive defense and control of any matter subject to indemnification by you.

We may terminate or suspend your account and access to our services at any time, with or without cause or notice.

You may terminate your account at any time by contacting us through our support channels.

Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

We may retain your information for a reasonable period after termination as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be resolved through good faith negotiation.

If negotiation fails, disputes shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with applicable laws.

You agree to waive any right to participate in class action lawsuits against Sparklaxy.

These terms are governed by the laws of Nigeria, without regard to conflict of law principles.
